Turtle Ridge

Turtle Ridge is a hillside community located in the southern region of Irvine. Established in 2002 the neighborhood includes 2,155 homes offering a variety of luxury homes and townhomes, many of which offer stunning views of the surrounding hills and cityscape. Distinctive Tuscan and Mediterranean architecture is showcased throughout.

Turtle Ridge is also known for its outstanding schools, including Vista Verde Elementary and University High School, both of which have received numerous accolades for their academic programs.
