Sarah Schultz is the founder of Anchorline Transaction Coordination and an independent Transaction Coordinator serving real estate professionals throughout Southern California.
Having been in the real estate industry since 2012 and maintaining an active California Real Estate Broker license, Sarah brings extensive knowledge of contracts, compliance, and transaction management to every file.
Throughout her career, Sarah has overseen hundreds of transactions, navigated complex compliance matters, built operational systems, and supported high-performing real estate teams. She is known for her client-centered approach, exceptional organization, clear communication, and consistent attention to detail.
